مدة التوصيل المتوقعة هي من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب. قد تختلف مدة التوصيل خلال فترات الضغط.

يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن ثابتة بقيمة 80 جنيه على جميع الطلبات.

لضمان وصول طلبك بدون أي تأخير، يُرجى التأكد من إدخال بياناتك بشكل صحيح عند إتمام الطلب — بما في ذلك العنوان بالتفصيل ورقم هاتف صحيح للتواصل.

يمكنكِ معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام في وجود المندوب.

يرجى العلم أنه لا يتوفر الاستلام الجزئي. يتم إما استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل وقت التسليم، وفي حالة رفض الاستلام يتم احتساب مصاريف الشحن فقط.

A flat delivery fee of 80 EGP is applied to all orders. 

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please make sure your details are entered correctly at checkout — including your full address and a valid phone number. This helps us avoid any delays or delivery issues.

You can check your order upon delivery in the presence of the courier.

Kindly note that partial delivery is not available. Orders are either fully received or fully returned at the time of delivery. In case of refusal, only the delivery fee is applied.
