We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

·       In original condition

·       Unworn and undamaged

·       With original packaging and tags intact

Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are fully covered by the customer.

Please note:

·       No partial acceptance is allowed at delivery

·       In case of refusal, only the shipping fee applies

·       Cotton basics and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchanges are allowed once per order.

يمكنكِ طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً، يجب أن يكون:

·       في حالته الأصلية

·       غير مستخدم أو تالف

·       مع التغليف والتاج الأصلي

يتحمل العميل كامل مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

يرجى ملاحظة:

·       لا يتوفر الاستلام الجزئي عند التسليم

·       في حالة رفض الطلب، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط

·       لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال القطع الأساسية القطنية أو منتجات الـ sale

يسمح بالاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب.
